La Maiolica is our effort to combine the creativity of
our designs with the skillfulness of Faenza artisans. The
art of majolica has been around since the Middle Ages, a
technique consisting of firing a mixture of water and clay
and then glazed with the famous white enamel, made
opaque by tin oxide, creating the artistry renowned
worldwide.
Each product in the selection is born out of true
teamwork between our design team and the artisans
that create every single piece by hand.
A selection of household objects glazed in
exquisite colors, from matte enamels to iridescent
shades, each design is a tribute to an Italian
tradition famous in the entire globe, that we wanted to
infuse with our creative input.
